• 4 to 12 guests — everyone IS a suspect. Each player gets their own character sheet with a secret, an alibi and something they saw. They lie, they accuse, they vote. Roughly 90 to 120 minutes.

• 20 to 100+ guests — nobody plays a god. The room splits into detective teams of four to six. Every team gets the same case file and the same twelve suspect dossiers, the host reads the evidence aloud round by round, and the teams race each other to name the killer, the method and the motive. Print four pages per team — twelve teams is forty-eight pages, and that is the whole setup.

No acting is needed in either mode.
